Golden Point

A thoughtfully designed place to call home

Five private High Physical Support SDA suites in Golden Square, Bendigo.

Available from August 2026.

Golden Point has been designed for long-term living. Across two homes, residents have private spaces of their own, comfortable shared areas and practical features that support everyday life without making the place feel clinical.

Because accessibility should feel like part of the home. Built in from the beginning, not tacked on later.

Two homes. A little more choice.

Different people prefer different ways of living. Golden Point includes two layouts, making it easier to consider which home may be the better fit.

Private suites with more room of your own

Kennedy House includes three private suites designed to offer an added sense of independence within a shared home.

Each suite includes:

  • A spacious bedroom and ensuite

  • Built-in storage

  • A personal living area

  • A private courtyard

Residents also have access to shared kitchen, dining and lounge spaces, along with outdoor areas for a bit of fresh air or a quiet morning coffee.

A comfortable two-bedroom shared home

Farrell House offers a more traditional shared-home layout, with two private bedrooms and accessible ensuites.

Each suite includes:

  • A spacious bedroom

  • An accessible ensuite

  • Built-in storage

The shared living areas provide room to cook, relax and spend time together, while each resident still has their own private space to settle into.

Why Golden Point?

Built for long-term stability

Golden Point has been designed for residents looking for a home that can support their needs now and into the future.

Thoughtful layouts, High Physical Support infrastructure and adaptable features help reduce the need for disruptive changes later on.

Privacy where you want it

Private suites and accessible bathrooms give residents space to unwind and make the home their own.

Shared living spaces are there when company sounds good. Quiet time is allowed too. Revolutionary, we know.

Support close by when needed

A dedicated Onsite Overnight Assistance space means support can be nearby without taking over the home.

The layout also gives support teams practical spaces to work effectively while keeping the overall feel warm and residential.

Comfort in the everyday details

The homes include double-glazed windows, acoustic treatments, solid-core doors and passive design elements to help create quieter, more comfortable indoor spaces.

Added peace of mind during power outages

An Uninterrupted Power Supply supports critical equipment during outages. Solar panels and battery storage have also been included to support continuity of power and improve energy efficiency.

Cleaner air and water

Air-purifying air conditioning, household water filtration and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems have been considered from the start.

Space to enjoy indoors and out

Shared lounge and dining areas, outdoor spaces and surrounding verandas give residents options throughout the day.

A home needs more than an accessible bathroom. It needs pleasant places to sit, relax and enjoy a cuppa.

Accessible everyday spaces

Kitchen and laundry areas include automatic adjustable benches to help make daily routines easier to manage.

Transport that helps keep life moving

An accessible vehicle is kept on-site to support transport needs and make it easier to get out and about. Simply book, and you’re ready to go.
